Ron has worked for some of the biggest brands and national institutions across a wide range of industry sectors including: the arts and culture; food and drink; manufacturing and construction; logistics and travel; energy and finance; hospitality and retail; leisure and tourism.

Recruited in 1974 by HMSO, the government publisher, whilst simultaneously running a small freelance design studio, Ron then moved to Graphic Partners in 1985, one of Scotland’s leading design consultancies, becoming senior creative director – before latterly forming his own practice, Ron Burnett Design in 2009.

Successful design projects are invariably a team effort. Various projects in this archive, especially during Ron’s time at Graphic Partners, relied upon the skills and input of many design and artwork colleagues to achieve the final result. Too many to name individually, he is indebted to their contribution.
